Years Of Experience
PHYSICAL THERAPIST, SPORTS NUTRITIONIST
Jenny Doyle founded D4 Physical Therapy with a clear vision: to deliver a higher standard of care that bridges physical therapy, sports performance, and overall wellness. A 2011 graduate of Boston University, she spent the early years of her career in Boston working closely with athletes across a wide range of sports.

Jenny is a certified sports nutritionist, further advancing her full-body, integrative approach to care. She incorporates individualized nutrition strategies alongside physical therapy and performance training to support injury recovery, optimize energy availability, enhance body composition, and improve overall athletic performance.

In 2017, Jenny founded Rise Up Performance Therapy while living in Pennsylvania, where she supported her husband through his orthopedic surgery residency. This experience further shaped her approach to individualized, performance-driven care.

In 2022, she began working as a team physical therapist for USA Gymnastics, expanding her expertise in managing and optimizing the health of elite athletes.

Now based on the South Shore, Jenny is focused on growing D4 Physical Therapy into a premier destination for one-on-one, high-level care. She specializes in working with motivated, active adults and competitive athletes, with particular expertise in treating and training gymnasts, dancers, basketball players, and weightlifters.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST, SPORTS NUTRITIONIST
Claire grew up in Erie, PA, played volleyball at Mercyhurst University, and earned her bachelor’s in Athletic Training in 2021. After graduating, she worked as an athletic trainer at the high school level and had the incredible opportunity to work with USA Rhythmic Gymnastics at training camps and competitions.
Supporting these elite athletes has been one of the most inspiring parts of her career and continues to shape the way she practices. Boston became home for her in 2023. I recently completed my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Tufts University and have been fortunate to continue her work with Team USA.

“My mission is to provide compassionate, patient-centered care grounded in current best practices, and to create a safe environment that empowers individuals to live their healthiest lives.”
